Join us for a special Community Yoga event — a collaboration between Tokyo Juice and WPÜ SHINJUKU, Tokyo’s creative cultural hub!
Led by our team member Hanako, this free yoga session is open to everyone.
This event is part of a joint effort between Tokyo Juice and WPÜ to promote not just physical wellness, but also mental health, community, and meaningful connection.
We believe that sharing movement, good juice, and positive energy can bring people together — and that’s what this collaboration is all about.

Instructor: Hanako from Tokyo Juice
Born in Shizuoka, Hanako Tomita began studying Yamada-style koto music from a young age under the influence of her grandmother. She graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts and completed her graduate studies in traditional Japanese music. Rooted in the refined sensitivity and sense of “ma” cultivated through traditional performing arts, she is also active as a musician.
During university, she encountered yoga and became deeply drawn to its wisdom for cultivating not only the body, but also the mind and spirit. Guided by the shared spirit of tradition found in both koto music and yoga, she earned her RYT500 certification in 2022. In recent years, she has continued deepening her studies in philosophy and spirituality through visits to India.
Her classes emphasize awareness throughout the body while exploring one’s own sensations and possibilities through asana practice. By connecting physical refinement with inner awareness, she shares a practice that gently leads into the question of how we live. Her classes are known for their subtle and thoughtful approach, cultivating stillness and richness within everyday life.

Subscription Cancellation: Cancellation requires a 48-hour notice before the upcoming subscription fulfillment date.
Exchanges: We replace only defective items. If you encounter an issue, visit our Omotesando location promptly for an exchange of equal value. A receipt is mandatory for any exchanges.
