Juice Cleanse Cancellations:ย If you need to cancel your juice cleanse, kindly give us a minimum of 72 hours' notice to qualify for online store credit. Refunds are not applicable.
Subscription Cancellation:ย Cancellation requires a 48-hour notice before the upcoming subscription fulfillment date.
Exchanges:ย We replace only defective items. If you encounter an issue, visit our Omotesando location promptly for an exchange of equal value. A receipt is mandatory for any exchanges.
