ヨガインストラクター/Tokyo Juice  Mayu プロフィール

大手ヨガスタジオにてヨガインストラクターとして活動。その後さらにヨガを深める為、フリーランスとして活動したい思いが強く、全米ヨガアライアンスRYT200をバリ島ウブドにて取得。
ヨガを通して、心と身体の安定感や今この瞬間に集中することの大切さを自分自身が感じたように、生徒さんにも伝えていきます😊

ヨガだけでなく、workoutでヘルシーな身体づくりを趣味の１つとして日々過ごしてます🏋🏽

Community Yoga

Join us for a special Community Yoga event — a collaboration between Tokyo Juice and WPÜ SHINJUKU, Tokyo’s creative cultural hub!

Led by our cool team member Mayu, this free yoga session is open to everyone.

This event is part of a joint effort between Tokyo Juice and WPÜ to promote not just physical wellness, but also mental health, community, and meaningful connection.

We believe that sharing movement, good juice, and positive energy can bring people together — and that’s what this collaboration is all about.

Instructor: Mayu from Tokyo Juice

Mayu began her yoga journey as an instructor at a major studio in Japan.
To further deepen her practice, she transitioned to freelancing and completed her RYT200 Yoga Alliance certification in Ubud, Bali.

Through yoga, Mayu discovered the importance of both physical and mental balance, and being present in the moment.
She now shares this insight with her students in every class 😊

Outside of yoga, Mayu also enjoys workouts and building a healthy, active lifestyle 🏋🏽
