ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Juice Cleanse Cancellations: If you need to cancel your juice cleanse, kindly give us a minimum of 72 hours' notice to qualify for online store credit. Refunds are not applicable.

Subscription Cancellation: Cancellation requires a 48-hour notice before the upcoming subscription fulfillment date.

Exchanges: We replace only defective items. If you encounter an issue, visit our Omotesando location promptly for an exchange of equal value. A receipt is mandatory for any exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Bottle deposit - you will be refunded ¥100 when you  return a thoroughly cleaned bottle to one of our stores.   Dirty bottles will not be accepted.
